Listening for Life
A practice for deeper awareness, discernment, and discovery of the divine in your life.
What is Spiritual Direction?
Spiritual direction is a form of accompaniment and companionship; a practice of 1:1 guided quiet time to foster a deeper relationship with the divine. It's not about counseling or therapy, but about deepening a spiritual awareness of God’s presence in your life.
Discernment:
The goal is to accompany you in identifying and responding to God's presence in your daily life and specific situations or decisions you might be facing.
Personalized:
Spiritual direction is tailored to your unique journey and needs.
Active Listening:
Listening to your experiences, questions, and observations with an open mind, welcoming heart and genuine curiosity. At times posing questions and offering exercises to help lead to personal insight and reflection.
